Have avoided here due to the frequently changing owners and names and by chance had a coffee recently and met the owner so we gave it a go. WOW!! It's not an Urbane or Montrachet but it's not trying to be and it's not priced that way either. Just excellent food with good sized servings and the Flavours!!!! We'll be back regularly

Attended a 50th birthday function at Ascot last night and it was an absolutely fabulous atmosphere.  This is the first time we have been to this delightful... read more Attended a 50th birthday function at Ascot last night and it was an absolutely fabulous atmosphere.  This is the first time we have been to this delightful place and the food was divine and the staff and owners were extremely friendly and helpful! I am a coeliac and all of the main dishes we had to choose from were suitable for me. After speaking to the chef/owner he assure me that just about the entire menu could be adapted to gluten free. Love this place and will go back again and highly recommend! Thank you for an enjoyable experience!

There aren't many places, whether cafes or restaurants, that make you feel like you're at a good friend's home, surrounded by delicious aromas and fantastic flavors from their kitchen. Visiting this peaceful corner in the Oriel Park area is definitely worth it; you will find yourself wanting to come back for more. Leslie Pinzone.

The service was friendly... read more My friends and I decided to dine at this restaurant on a whim and were pleasantly surprised by the quiet and cool outdoor seating area. The service was friendly and there was pleasant piano music playing in the background. We ordered the saltimbucca and salmon dishes, both of which were delicious. I would have liked my salmon to be more pink, as I prefer it slightly undercooked, but unfortunately I was not asked for my preference. The waitress later apologized for forgetting to inquire about how I wanted it cooked. The vegetables were also undercooked, which I personally enjoyed, and included grilled asparagus, baby Dutch carrots, and sweet potato mash. The portion size was generous and we enjoyed it with a nice red Shiraz.
