After some years of mediocrity, the delta beach lounge is again great. the interieur is renovated, very tastefully modern, but comfortable and outside is better... read more After some years of mediocrity, the delta beach lounge is again great. the interieur is renovated, very tastefully modern, but comfortable and outside is better than ever. complement that with very friendly and competent staff, an excellent barista and pleasant lounge music,...and the bases for a great evening. then add the excellent kitchen to the mix and they can not go wrong here. everything is still very casual from the manager to the last server the atmosphere is from calm excellent. our server (mary) has also made a good job in some of the best hotels worldwide (Shangri-La in singapur, four seasons in sydney, kahala resort in honolulu and much more). she was a highlight of an otherwise the most beautiful evening. live in ascona I am very pleased to see the very successful return of one of my favorite places worldwide.

Im Hauptraum stehen kein... read more Die Lounge war einst ein feines Restaurant mit kombinierter Bar. Das Essen ist zwar ok, steht aber definitiv nicht mehr im Vordergrund. Im Hauptraum stehen keine Tische mehr, da ab 20h ein DJ Salsa-Musik auflegt und drei Paare dazu tanzen. Eine Lounge ist das nicht mehr. Es ist auch keine Bar und kein Restaurant. So hat die Lounge keine Zukunft, leider.

The staff walked past waiting customers countless times without paying any attention to them. After an average waiting time of 45 minutes for a drink, the cashier service was available just 2 minutes later. Every time the billing was wrong
