Great place for friday and Saturday night. Beautiful setup get crowded but worth it

The food was really good! We walked in on a Saturday the week before Memorial Day, and the place was pretty busy but got a seat for 2 right away. Great sashimi and rolls. Drinks are a little pricy, and so are the rolls. But the quality is top-notch! Recommend reservations for a larger party. Parking: Took a few laps to find parking, unless you're willing to walk 8-10 min walk away.

Great service. Excellent food. The atmosphere is above average.

I had the nigiri sushi dinner and it was very good. Tasted fresh, well prepared, etc. The service and atmosphere was OK.

Ive been to Taka many years ago and my husband and I decided to go back this year since we managed to get reservations. The service was great but the food was less than desirable. The shumai did not come with any special dipping sauce outside of soy sauce and unfortunately the Shrimp dragon roll I had did not taste fresh at all. I am not in the habit of returning food so I left it as soon as I tastes the weird piece. The drinks were good. I tipped my waiter generously for his service and left. This is a fairly popular place so I was honestly surprised at the lack of freshness with the shrimp roll. Of note, the place also has an odd smell on the seats.
