What Binoy Vasavada doesn't like about Loteria:
It's your totally mid textbook Mexican restaurant in a beach town. Typical sombrero piñata like ambiance, although I wish it was more lit livelier. We tried the chips guac, paloma, queso quesadilla, shrimp/veggie/chicken tacos everything tasted alright, nothing to rave about. Service was nice though. View all feedback.
