My new go to for sure! First of all the place was immaculate. From the floors, to the front door (no fingerprints) to the display of fresh fish and behind the counters too.The guys that work there are super friendly, knowledge and packaged my order for travel in a way that I have never seen before. What Ed Rumsby doesn't like about Local 130 Seafood:
Do not waste your time..... $3.00 oysters or a dozen for $30.00. So, 2 dozen cost $60.00, crazy! I spoke to the representative of local 130 and called him out by asking him how could you charge $3.00 an oyster to sit at a picnic table in an open field. His response was they were special oysters. I have your special oysters. They were also the only vendor who sold seafood. Talk about a scam. Not to mention $7.00 mille... View all feedback.
I absolutely love this restaurant! They serve some of the freshest fish in the area, and their sushi-grade selection is truly top-notch. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great seafood experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they packaged my order for takeout in a way I've never encountered before. I was already sold before we even tasted the fish... the swordfish, shrimp, and clams were all incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. Kudos to Local 130 Seafood; you guys have truly hit the mark in every aspect!
The decor in Asbury Park is the best I've seen, and the fish served here is quite tasty as well!
