A zero star experience with both the panettone itself and customer service. Panettone arrived crushed and raw in the middle. Customer service response was basically too bad all of their panettone are perfect. There are lots of places to get amazing panettone in the world. Olivieri 1882 clearly isn't one of them. Please note their reply: Clearly, I know nothing about panettone. So the result is I should fish the entire panettone out of the city's compost, devote more time to arranging for a pickup of the panettone to get picked up by courier for shipment to Italy for analysis.
