Porto Cervo is a picture of beauty and serenity. The super yachts moored there exceeded 150m and were incredible. The shops and restaurants abound, but this is a quiet place compared to those in the Spanish Riviera. If you are looking for quiet and elegant, this is it. View all feedback.

There is really nothing interesting for tourists in Porto Cervo. You can finf there the center of the village, definitely needs of renovation, a place with quite ugly architecture. There you will find Liu Vitton, Rolex any other luxury brands boutiques and therefore it is definitely not worth wasting your time and going to Porto Cervo. You can visit one of the several disgustingly expensive restaurants and one of them has a Michelin star. All in all, a waste of time; In this area, two cities are worth visiting: San Pantaleo and Canningniane

Normally the first restaurant one sees is the one to avoid. Although one can watch the world of beautiful people go by from the restaurant’s prominent position in Port Cervo village, one’s attention would be better directed towards the food. An imaginative menu and most beautifully prepared and presented. Can recommend the steak in red wine, mussels in curry and the tuna. Apparently Shakira is a regular but that apart it’s worth a visit.
This is the most famous thing in Sardinia. You can see all the big boats, great shops, good restaurants and all kinds of people. You can spend the whole night easily. I certainly recommend everyone to visit.
If you like a couple of hours ogling huge yachts, and window shopping in Prada, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, etc etc, then go and visit. The whole place has been very tastefully done; the boats are amazing; the shops (lots of them! are great for window shopping and the price of a coffee or ice cream etc is actually very reasonable : 8 euros for a coffee and an ice cream served at table not cheap, but not the horror story some reviews suggest. And the local scenery is spectacular. Worth a visit even if you can't afford to stay there (as we couldn't! .
