Nestled in a bustling corner of greater Denver, this ramen restaurant has garnered mixed reviews, showcasing both its charm and areas for improvement. Diners rave about the variety of vegetarian options, customizable broths, and the authentic flavors of their ramen and curries. The garlic oil is a must-try, and many praise the friendly service despite occasional delays due to being short-staffed. However, some recent visits have revealed inconsistencies in food quality and issues with cleanliness, prompting some patrons to seek alternatives. Overall, it's a beloved spot for ramen enthusiasts, with hopes for a return to its former culinary glory.

Five of us shared lunch 303 today. Four of us had soup (shoyu ramen, tonkautsu ramen, miso ramen, curry ramen). All of us loved our dishes hearty portions with plenty of veggies and protein. Fifth had orange chicken (mild) and really enjoyed the dish. We will definitely visit again soon!Food: 5/5

My favorite ramen place ever. Their broths are delicious and it’s great how you can build your own ramen bowl. Decent prices too!

To begin with, this restaurant has an impressive selection of vegan options on their menu, allowing you to substitute tofu for any meat dish. The tofu they serve is outstanding, boasting a perfect crispiness that enhances its delicious flavor. I opted for the tofu veggie ramen with rice noodles since the regular ramen contains egg and isn't vegan. I was also able to customize my spice level, and medium was just right for me. The dish was rich in flavor and incredibly satisfying, making it the best vegan ramen I've ever tasted. Although the ramen might not be the healthiest choice due to its slightly greasy texture, the exceptional taste more than compensates for it. If I could, I'd give this place a 5-star rating.

We dined at this restaurant on a weekday evening, and to our surprise, it was quite crowded! The staff was welcoming, and I opted for the Veggie Ramen (just a tip: make sure to choose rice noodles or a similar option, as their Ramen noodles contain egg). The vegetables were fresh, but I found the soup to be somewhat bland and greasy. Overall, it was decent, but I think I’ll explore other nearby restaurants next time, given the many options available.
