First I have to mention that the hotel is served first line western feeds for foreign tourist. breakfast and lunch are quite large buffets and there are some go... read more First I have to mention that the hotel is served first line western feeds for foreign tourist. breakfast and lunch are quite large buffets and there are some good vegan options in the buffet. the breakfast tends to have a very large fresh fruit selection that makes it a little more beautiful than the lunch offer. when they asked the cook which items were vegan, they quickly pointed out what I couldn't eat and tell me why each time. They would also often make me special vegan escapes that would often be similar to some of the items on the buffet, but with another rice base or cooked with vegetables in oil instead of butter. the chef was especially happy to help me on this way when there were no main courses I could eat and when the chef made these smaller custom dishes, they were always really good. that often said I had no problem eating a lot of dingen at the buffet. Sometimes some of the items offered were wonderful, but the food options varied a good piece from the meal to eating. taste the local bananas that they serve as an breakfast when they are in the opposite, they are orange on the inside and taste great. Finally, I would like to point out that this is a 4-star review for a vegan option in arusha, not directly compared with similar reviews for other cities. it is a really good option for this opposite and to stay a nice place if they happen to travel through here. updated by previous review on 2019-02-15
