The new owner seems to have bro... read more It appears that there has been a change in ownership since my last visit, as the restaurant is now open on Mondays and Tuesdays. The new owner seems to have brought in better quality fish and chips than before. What more could you ask for, except maybe a place to take cover from the rain during busy times! The service was good and I will definitely be returning.

The chips appear to be pre-cooked catering chips instead of freshly hand-cut ones, lacking the firmness of fresh chips. The fish seems to be prepared in a similar way to cook-chill methods, leading me to doubt that it is freshly battered in-house.
