Th... read more I had low expectations for this restaurant after a disappointing meal at the beachcomber the night before. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff was friendly and well-informed, and as others have mentioned in their reviews, the food was outstanding and reasonably priced. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

We enjoyed the food and atmosphere at the Firehouse grill. The food was cooked well. When our son didn't enjoy his burger fresh flame grilled chicken), they simply exchanged it for another meal. We were served by Lucus and then Kingsley, who went beyond to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable. Kingsley, you are a credit to the team at Butlins, and we hope if you're still there, we'll see you when we return. Food was delicious. Huge portions! We were on the dinearound deal and we got starters, mains, dessert and drinks! You will not go hungry here!

The prices were reasonable, and I thought the chicken was even better than Nando's.
