Szechwan Garden - Feedback

What AH likes about Szechwan Garden:
I haven’t tried their main dishes but their appetizers are so good! My fav is the pork ears, they’re truly the best in town. They cut their pork ears into super thin strips which made every bite covered in chili oil and easy to chew. This remains my top 1 pork ears in California even after I moved out of Cerritos. Unfortunately, there s a lot more bad things I could say about this place than good things. The food seems to be a little hit or miss. The Szechuan cold noodles aren't very tasty and the texture isn't great. The hard boiled egg is sitting on a bed of what I think is supposed to be a braised pork but smells fermented.
