Portugal Imports - Artesia

That was one of my must-hold while I visited socal. the natas are as good as before. I have visited lissabon since my previous visit, so I know how a new benchmark (and I am a self-announced Natas expert after having eaten in portugal about 30 natas in my short time) that are the best natas I had outside portugal. the ice cream is super creamy and delicious. only the perfect amount of sweet. the bake is really flocky. the prices have risen: I paid $25 for a dozen. I actually bought a dozen to get back to nj, but unfortunately after 2 days they were a little soggy (which is to be expected.) I just mentioned a review that they can get frozen, so I can try to be in town next time.

Fantastic Portuguese ice tarts and fluffy fish croquettes. the service was nothing to write to home, but they were fast and got nothing wrong, which I only ask! an hour drive, only for the tarts!

As an Asian American I felt obliged to speak out of the experience I had today. To be honest, I really love to try new kitchen to support the local companies of different cultures. this is the first time that I have really experienced inconvenience for being from Asian descent from a customer service facility. in this week I had gone in excitement to the load because I wanted to try authentic Portuguese baked for a because, but never had a chance because they weren't out of the area where they were close to the time when I came out of work. Although the female cash seemed to speak with a customer (he seemed caucasier often there to go) for a long time, I had curious about it all because I had in the friendly sharpener was the cash that sprinkled with the caucasian customer, all smile until I approached theke. the casser asked what I wanted to react with 3 natas. Before I could even mention that I wanted to bake other ones, she immediately began to bring the nata baked into a container. when she was finished, I finally asked that several other baked pieces were only filled with a look at the complete annoyance, because she had to put the other baked in a larger container. I tried to brighten up the mood as I paid for the order, I said that I wanted to try their bakery for one because only to be completely released with one ha, ok. good. I understand. as someone who works in the service industry, I understand that we all have our days, but the strong difference in the treatment was so remarkable that they must be 'd to miss it completely. Eating is amazing and the personal is even better. they also have amazing gift ideas that they would not imagine. highly recommend stopping it will not disappoint.
