Ordered the pizza and arrived, they said give it about 10 minutes. Gave them 13 minutes and when I asked they said they're barely putting it in the oven so to give it another 7 minutes. The app said that the pizza was ready so I guess they put complete so they can get a good time rating. Don't come to this Pizza Hut, they give Pizza Hut a bad reputation. View all feedback.

My experience tonight started out bad. I placed an online order for pickup. The app stated my order was ready, so I went to pick it up. When I arrived, I was told there was no order for me. The employee, James advised I check my account to see if the charge went thru as this happened with another customer he said and he was refunded. I checked my account count and the charge was there. James asked me what I ordered and started on it. 15 minutes later I had the pizza I ordered. Thank you James for the quick response and recovery.

Excellent experience ordering 21 pizzas for our office inventory lunch! Pizzas were delivered on time and hot and exactly what we ordered!
