we ordered 4 rolls (educated) together with several sushi, 1 sashimi and 1 hand roll (not shown). we had an order to go and I loved that they used the plastic container to characterize the sushi so that we knew what was. They also marked every single sose cup, so we knew which sose went with which sushi. extreme love for the detail I appreciate very much. the sushi was fresh and melted in my mouth. the same for sashi... What Dorothy Lu doesn't like about I Luv Sushi Too!:
The fish and scallops were fresh and flavorful. But the roll job is pretty horrendous. Everything fell out of the roll and the hand rolls have clearly been smushed by hands. Not the best, but also not the worst I guess View all feedback.
This restaurant is clean, budget-friendly, and offers high-quality food. The service is friendly and they have great menu specials from Monday to Friday. If you like grilled eel, be sure to try their perfectly portioned Unagi-Don.
I have visited this restaurant twice and had wonderful experiences both times. The service was outstanding and the sushi was amazing, incredibly fresh! Andrew is a fantastic chef who ensures that customers have an excellent overall dining experience. Thank you to the entire team!
This sushi restaurant consistently delivers solid and enjoyable dishes. The service is reliable and efficient. While the location is more focused on takeout, it is also possible to dine in, although the ambiance and space are somewhat limited. They have excellent happy hour specials that unfortunately are only available for dining in. Previously, they offered Happy Tummy specials for takeout, but this changed after the pandemic. Despite this, it remains a great spot and our family's go-to for sushi. In terms of kid-friendliness, it is better than average for a sushi restaurant. Some rolls can be spicy, so it's a good idea to inquire if your little ones are sensitive to spice.
Tastes as good as the one in Lakewood. Less crowded.
