At 12:15 a.m. the doorman rings, I tell him that I don't want it anymore, they call me on the phone from the restaurant, I tell him that I have been trying to get in touch with them since 11 p.m., that they could have told me when placing the order that they were going After taking more than 2 hours, he told me that since he had many orders they had disconnected the phones. The most surprising thing of all is that at no time has he apologized for taking 2 hours and 15 minutes to serve the order, the only thing he was worried about was how he was going to pay the 23 euros, and he even told me not to come back to place an order. Since they treat all clients this way, I don't think they will last long, for my part they have lost one. They have always taken a long time to bring me my orders but today was the finishing touch.
