Starbucks - Arroyo Grande

The service is one of the worst I have experience in my coffee era. The baristas are very slow and disorganized which makes them go even slower than they naturally

When I come home to the central coast I always come back to this Starbucks.

I was asked at the window “ before you pay give a tip”. I thought that was rude and it caught me off guard.

This Starbucks has horrible service. I do the mobile order because their wait time when ordering in store is terrible. That being said they never make the drinks correct. They are never blended so the top half of the cup is bitter and the bottom half is too sweet. When I try to mention this to the staff, not all of them mind you, they give me the stink eye. Ive worked for a place that made and served starbucks coffee drinks and there is a standard which this location does not meet.

Large, modern coffee shop. Well lit with clean restrooms. Drive thru gets packed with the dense parking lot, but inside it’s spacious.
