Had tagliarini con funghi excellent Hubby had gamberi verse superb. He also had tagliarini con tartufo. Very good.

We were seated in the ar... read more We decided to try this place again as our first visit wasn't that good. This time was the opposite with very good a d friendly service. We were seated in the area out back which is lovely in an almost garden setting, had no idea it was there as last time was sat inside. A very good small menu and excellent wine selection. Pasta well cooked and tasty, portion would be easy to share. The tagliata was excellent, cooked just the way weekend it, medium, and melted in the mouth. Certainly a thumbs up this time.

As a couple with 1 child of 9 years, we ordered 'only ' 3 dishes : 2 pastas and 1 grilled tuna, as we were not especially hungry. 1. We had a clear sceptic eyebrow movement meaning 'is that all? '. Yes that 's all... 2. As we ordered a bottle of white wine, we had to ask for an ice bucket to keep it fresh, which I consider as 'normal ' when you order white wine, or is it me? 3. The service is more 'industrial ', no particular attention that we always have in Italian restaurant, especially when you make the effort to speak, like I did, a bit of Italian with a lot of errors, but at least you make an effort to not be the 100% tourist. 4. When we paid, we found a note of 20 eur on the counter that we honestly gave to the 'boss ': not even a thank you! 5. When we left, we explained in English why we didn 't like our experience in this restaurant. Sole answer 'capito '. The second star goes for the pasta, which were OK.

And before going to restaurant we ve checked from TripAdvisor which is second restaurant of this zone. That’s why we went there from Roma. But it was a really bad experience for us and how they are. Atmosphere and decoration of the place is ok but nothing special. Mostly looks fish restaurant with blue/white colored decoration The waiters are ok. The pasta was worst pasta in my life i ve ever eaten in Roma. Tonarelli with truffles. There were no tasting no smells of truffles. And it was cold served like they made before and put it in the microwave to make warm. Starters, cold cuts of ham, deserts. I didn’t like at all. I can say for this restaurant is under average level Prices are average.

Just follow the road after the water falls and you will find it on the left side, just in front a Gas station. Price are fair, i say billig for the quality(10 /15 euro for Most of the plates).Everyone of US was happy. Wine big choice!!
