Sour waitresses who don't take the time to receive you, orders paid online which must be confirmed otherwise you are forgotten and the size of the cakes which is extremely small. A mille-feuille for twelve people paid 670 dhs, the size of a cake for 8 people... Big disappointment for us who used to order all our birthday cakes.

I am... read more Good morning, I placed an order online today. Lunar experience. The payment went through but I received a call to tell me that it didn't appear with them. I am asking for a number or email to send payment confirmation from THEIR site. They do not have any. I go to their house. I show them the transaction confirmation and my bank statement with the debit. Nothing to do, they need the OK from a woman who is not there. No credible interlocutor. No trust in the customer's word. I was asked to come back the next day to talk with a manager who they don't want to disturb because she is with her husband and children (thanks for us). Well done LP!!! If you are not able to manage your IT, go back to paper!!
