17 of us ate here having the most fantastic 7 course lunch. Those eating fish had a cold smoked salmon, squid, etc, followed by vongole, crab linguine, salt baked fish with friturra mista, fruit, ice cream, coffee. Those having meat had cold Parma ham antipasti, gnocchi with bacon, creamy bolognese, fruit, etc. The service was excellent. If you find yourself in Carnello, you must eat there and ensure you have a good appetite!!.

There are many great restaurants in this area of Italy and Mingone is one of thhe best. Excellent food, friendly service, coay ambience and a great wine list/wine cellar. Especially the pasta is divine. We love this place and will be back soon!

L'albergo è al confine tra Sora, Isola Liri ed Arpino, ed ha previsto ampliamenti della struttura originaria che lo hanno reso molto ampio e confortevole sia nello spazio ristorante che in quello alberghiero. La cucina utilizza prevalentemente prodotti di territorio, anche propri, in una elaborazione tradizionale ma non ingessata. Alcuni pezzi di arredamento, realmente vintage, sono delle vere chicche. Molto competitivo il rapporto prezzo/qualità.
Ottimo... Ambiente cucina ospitalità pianoforte a coda presente in sala... Ottima cucina ottimi vini... La storia della ristorazione nel territorio.. grande professionalità. Parola di Flavione
