Ordered a rum and coke and unable to taste any... read more As a female solo traveller thought I would try the Drop Inn as staying at nearby Troya Hotel and not far to walk. Ordered a rum and coke and unable to taste any rum. Asked the employee to confirm the order to see if it was correct I.e rum coke only to be greeted with hostility, so decided not to pursue as felt slightly intimidated. Tried again a few nights later and again ordered a rum coke along with a pizza. Again, tasted NO rum only coke pizza not handmade but A cheap frozen one and over cooked! Tried to complain but staff very dismissive and slightly aggressive and felt intimidated being on my own. I always give establishments the benefit of doubt but definitely will NOT be visiting the Drop Inn again, shocking service, alcoholic drinks debatable food not much better, keep walking much better bars/restaurants

Been many times over 15 years and never really had any trouble… today we have been and asked for a usual double Jack Daniel’s and coke… when we got the bill… and PAID we then realised that they had charged us €20 for this drink!!!! After asking what on earth was going on we were told we asked for a double which is correct however Spanish doubles are the standard double and wouldn’t be an english double so apparently we had to pay for a quadruple shot!!! What the hell is going on here… didn’t matter that I kicked off to say it wasn’t quad and still had to pay! STAY AWAY ITS AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF AND A WASTE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!
