Today, December 15th, 2024, my wife and I wanted to have a delicious meal for our twentieth wedding anniversary. The No. 62 71 but that was a big step in the toilet bowl, it couldn't be worse!!! The fries from the 62 were cold and hard as a rock, as was the meat in the pan, the gyros from the 71 were cold and dripping with fat through the fried onions on the liver, the liver itself was half raw. THAT WAS OVERALL FOOD FOR THE GARBAGE BIN, AN ATTACK ON OURS TASTE NERVES.!!! Then another thing, the disabled toilet that I previously advertised smelled terribly of urine!!!!! If we had been here for the first time, we would just steer clear of the ELEO 1220. Today the long journey from Sundern-Allendorf wasn't worth it.

Our drink orders were taken quickly, and the service was fast. Our food orders were also taken clearly, quickly, and in an organized manner. The food, both the appetizers and the main courses, arrived promptly. Unfortunately, some things were wrong, and some of the hot dishes we had ordered were served cold. Unfortunately, this wasn't pointed out immediately, for whatever reason. I myself had sea bream, which was very good. However, some family members had already had similar experiences. My wife and I traveled from Münster, so we had less experience with the restaurant. Since there was a party scheduled for December 23rd, all guests were asked to place their last orders while they were still there. It wasn't yet 10:00 PM, and some guests were still eating. The staff began rearranging tables and chairs. They opened the doors to the outside to carry out other tasks. This was so bad, so poorly timed, and so incredibly stupid that every guest felt uncomfortable. I'm giving it minus 5 stars.
