What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Hit or miss. Sometimes they have good service and the food is prepared to standard. In some orders, however, there have been mishaps such as missing lettuce tomato from BELT's, that's half of the ad missing, if you think about it, it'd be like asking for a peanut butter sandwich and only getting the bread.. I had to edit this and lower a star because lately they have been a big disappointment especially regarding the laziness of the staff.. it takes 2 minutes to clean the espresso machine they just don't want to do it. Took a long time to order. Drive through prioritized at any time. Variety was terrible. Worker was distracted.

Special Charm at this outlet! Very helpful staff and I found everything I needed on this trip.
Great place to stop for coffee from Ottawa to Pembroke.
