I politely requested... read more As they prepared my sandwiches, they asked me to grab my own drinks and a bag of chips from the fridge without offering me a bag for them. I politely requested a bag, but they responded in their own language, laughing, which I believe was Hindi. I took my food and left the shop, feeling dissatisfied with the experience. I cannot recommend this location based on my interaction. I found the staff's behavior to be odd, unprofessional, and offensive. I think they would benefit from retraining and a reminder about the importance of professionalism, customer service, and respect towards customers. It appears they may have some behavioral issues that need to be addressed. Thank you.

My wife order... read more EDIT: I originally gave them 5 stars but I take them back. Over the past few months there has been a big change in service and ingredient quality. My wife ordered a rice bowl and it was barely edible. The fellow that made the bowl wasn't even watching as he grabbed the ingredients and most had been sitting in their metal trays for hours. My Classic 12 inch cold cut sub was falling apart and the topping ingredients tasted old. I wouldn't have changed my review from a 5 star to a one star if this was a one off but it has been the same thing over and over for a while now. We have given them a chance but those chances have all expired.
