The Gardens - Arnolds Park

The service at this restaurant was excellent. It was enjoyable to have the option to dine with a view of the lake or outside. The pizza was delicious, and the cheese sticks were particularly outstanding. There is a good variety of appetizers and other menu options besides pizza. The drinks were tasty and reasonably priced compared to other places in the area. Overall, I have visited this restaurant multiple times and will definitely be returning in the future.

I had the worst service ever at this restaurant. We waited for three hours for our food and were not checked on at all during our wait. The waitress brought us the wrong drinks 20 minutes after we had ordered. Alexis was the worst waitress I have ever encountered. Thankfully, Jimmy stepped in and quickly got our food after we spoke to him.

It took 35 minutes to get our drinks, never got waters. We went to the bar for waters. The food took an hour and 15 minutes. They have basically no vegetarian options on the menu and the food is very mediocre and overpriced imo. When our server came over finally after ignoring she told us she has no idea why we are mad (we never said we were mad or acted rudely towards her) and that our food hasn’t even taken that long. I think and hour and 15 minutes is actually pretty long time to wait for food at a restaurant. Especially when the 3 tables sat after us had food, drinks, and checks, before we even got drinks. She came to us and volunteered that, we had not complained. Don’t waste your time here, not worth it

Seated ourselves outside on a half empty patio. Waited 20 minutes and watched newer patrons receive drinks and even food before we were able to find anyone to take drink orders. 30 minutes and we still don't even have waters. The appetizers we finally got were okay, still don't have a drink though. They aren't busy enough on a Thursday afternoon to be this absolutely horrible with service.

Sloooooooooow service. Little to no shade outside, twenty minutes to get our drinks and they forgot half of them. 40 minutes for food: salad, basic burger, chicken strips and kids Mac n cheese. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
