When we arrived, we placed our order with Cory, who was incredibly friendly and patient with us, even though we weren't the best at ordering. Cory went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. We found out he had been working longer than his shift, and we believe Rallys should appreciate and acknowledge his hard work. The cook also deserves recognition for the delicious food. We want to show our appreciation for these workers and hope they receive some extra recognition or time off. Keep up the great work, Cory! You are truly a wonderful person.

However, the girl's behavior had... read more A young man parked his car, went into the kitchen and was very nice and courteous. He quickly got my order and handed it to me. However, the girl's behavior had already ruined my night and my food. I do not plan to return to this location. It seems that when an employee goes on break, someone else should fill their place to avoid making customers wait. Additionally, the girl's customer service skills were severely lacking. If I were her manager, I would have fired her. It does not appear that further training would be beneficial, as she was not performing her job properly and seemed uninterested in being there.
