Owner Bram is running around like crazy to serve all t... read more Had dinner here in July 2023. Unfortunately, the words on the site did not quite come true during dinner. Owner Bram is running around like crazy to serve all the guests, which means he doesn't have enough time to properly serve all the guests. We had a 4 course menu with matching wines, but unfortunately these wines did not match and you notice that they are looking for a sommelier. To top it all off, my friend was served Monbazillac wine with her cheese board, which didn't go well with it at all. The restaurant does have the potential to live up to what they say, but Bram will have to choose fewer place settings so that he has more time for his guests. As a reserved meat eater, my wife was so excited about the rib eye steak creation that she said it was the best meat of her life along with the 72 hour cooked jus. For me too, the best price-performance ratio ever. Huge compliments to Emma in the kitchen. Two days later I'm still excited about the menu. Great! Delicious refined dishes with a very nice flavour. Not having to choose a menu and surrendering to the fresh products and the creativity of the chef is also a relief. Fantastic service and delicious wines make dinner a real experience. Dietary restrictions: We received a call from the restaurant well in advance asking if there were any allergies that the chef should take into account. What a service!
