Had dinner here in July 2023. Unfortunately, the words on the site did not quite come true during dinner. Owner Bram is running around like crazy to serve all the guests, which means he doesn't have enough time to properly serve all the guests. We had a 4 course menu with matching wines, but unfortunately these wines did not match and you notice that they are looking for a sommelier. To top it all off, my friend was served Monbazillac wine with her cheese board, which didn't go well with it at all. The restaurant does have the potential to live up to what they say, but Bram will have to choose fewer place settings so that he has more time for his guests. The best restaurant without stars we have ever been to. As a reserved meat eater, my wife was so excited about the rib eye steak creation that she said it was the best meat of her life along with the 72 hour cooked jus. For me too, the best price-performance ratio ever. Huge compliments to Emma in the kitchen. Two days later I'm still excited about the menu. Great! Fantastic meal! Delicious refined dishes with a very nice flavour. Not having to choose a menu and surrendering to the fresh products and the creativity of the chef is also a relief. Fantastic service and delicious wines make dinner a real experience. Dietary restrictions: We received a call from the restaurant well in advance asking if there were any allergies that the chef should take into account. What a service! Absolutely recommended because we had a delicious meal! The special dishes are prepared with a lot of creativity and passion and the price-quality ratio is very good, the quantity was certainly sufficient for us. We ate at cuisson tonight and if it were great! the creations of the cook were excellent (both presentation and taste). both the cook and the personal were friendly and professional and we are really excited. our favorite restaurant brings us down! (confide the restaurant with the wine pairing. they have great taste) we could not be happier.
Excellent eating served by professional and passionate workers. I have eaten there several times, and I am still a dish that disappoints.
Super cool and friendly staff, high quality food, great wine pairing (that Italian white wine was delicious). (care for the first few pictures quality, I had sunscreen on camera :d)

Great place in Arnhem with friendly service. The food was good, but some dishes shined over others. Favorite course Crayfish marmalade great textures with pleasant acidity from kimchi and pickled cucumber. Least favorite course Chicken cordon Bleu with hazelnut. The chicken was rather bland and the hazelnut felt like an odd pairing. On a final note, while the prices were in line with expectation, there are no menus (everything is set by the chef), so you may want to ask about pricing before you jump in.
