Favorite course Crayfish marmalade great textures with pleasant acidity from kimchi and pickled cucumber. Least favorite course Chicken cordon Bleu with hazelnut. The chicken was rather bland and the hazelnut felt like an odd pairing. On a final note, while the prices were in line with expectation, there are no menus (everything is set by the chef), so you may want to ask about pricing before you jump in.

Owner Bram is running around like crazy to serve all t... read more Had dinner here in July 2023. Unfortunately, the words on the site did not quite come true during dinner. Owner Bram is running around like crazy to serve all the guests, which means he doesn't have enough time to properly serve all the guests. We had a 4 course menu with matching wines, but unfortunately these wines did not match and you notice that they are looking for a sommelier. To top it all off, my friend was served Monbazillac wine with her cheese board, which didn't go well with it at all. The restaurant does have the potential to live up to what they say, but Bram will have to choose fewer place settings so that he has more time for his guests. As a reserved meat eater, my wife was so excited about the rib eye steak creation that she said it was the best meat of her life along with the 72 hour cooked jus. For me too, the best price-performance ratio ever. Huge compliments to Emma in the kitchen. Two days later I'm still excited about the menu. Great!
