Workers Sports Club - ARNDELL PARK

Hello everyone, I experienced quite disappointing customer service from Amy this morning. I called her at 11:09 AM on January 19, 2024, to inquire about a group booking, and she was unhelpful and rude. When I mentioned that I would file a complaint about her behavior, she responded by saying, “Thank you so much; I was about to book a party there, but now I’m not going to bother.” I urge management to pay attention to the quality of customer service being provided by their staff.

The buffet is quite average, with a very limited selection to choose from. I also noticed a fly on one of the sushi train dishes, which was unappetizing.

I visited this restaurant for an evening meal with my family and had a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly hospitable and helpful, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The food has consistently been a favorite for us, especially the Grange smorgasbord, which is filled with a variety of delicious treats.

Pretty good venue overall . Bistro bars have a vast range of food options beverages . Very clean kitchen restaurant area staff are very helpful . Huge Tab sports viewing area plenty of the inevitable pokies . Plenty of parking and a well placed venue on the south side of Blacktown very close to M4, Great Western Highway M7 .
