It was a great addition to the small town of Armstrong to finally have a Tim Hortons. The location, about a kilometer outside of town right on the highway, is perfect. The restaurant has a double drive-thru setup for ordering coffee and food, but only one pick-up window, which can sometimes cause delays. The interior is very inviting with a seating area around a fireplace. We frequent this location often and highly r... View all feedback.
What Nigel Lockman doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
This was my first time coming to this location. First of all, the lady at the drive through needs some lessons on manners. Customers are the reason she is getting paid so she should treat them with a little more enthusiasm. When ordering my breakfast biscuit with a hashbrowns she told me they were out of both of these items. So, no hashbrowns at 10 am on a Saturday morning and no biscuits. Pretty bad service all the... Since when does a BLT have honey mustard instead of mayonaise,Both our sandwich were disgusting!!!!!.
This place has been closing at 10pm Friday and Saturday for the LONGEST time, and saying it's because of short staff. Yet, EVERY Tim Hortens in Vernon has been doing the same thing.ZERO explanation to customers on wtf is going on, and tons of excuses. Either that is your hours, or it isn't. Stop lying to the public and make up your minds.
The 2 young ladies there rather twirl thier hair then work hard. Boyfriend was in the 6-7 car line up drive Through as I went into use the washroom. I stopped and ordered a chicken ceaser and it literally took 15min and no line up. The poor older woman was running around doing all the work. I was shocked about how slow and rude the workers were and more so since salmon arms main store has 10 times the costumers and I've never waited that long. Boyfriend was done ato the drive through and waited so long he came in to see what was taking so long. Dissatisfied
Tims on the southern side of Armstrong has two serving lanes making it easier to be served and faster. As usual their food is great and a nice cold icecap on a hot afternoon is always refreshing. Seen right beside the highway on the south side as you approach Armstrong on highway 97.

Pretty bad service all the way around. How does a restaurant stay in business when your run out of breakfast items at breakfast. I will not be returning there or any other Tims as this happened to me a few weeks ago at one of the Vernon locations. Dissatisfied customer.
