Perhaps due to underestimating the Monday night crowd, the service at this restaurant was friendly but very poor. We were immediately asked to order drinks upon being seated. We chose a pricey bottle of sake and requested edamame as we looked over the menu. The edamame arrived quickly, but the sake didn't come until 15 minutes later, after we had finished the first bottle. The whole branzino we had hoped to order was unavailable. We settled on chicken yakisoba, shredded duck, and two special rolls. The rolls were good and well-presented, but the duck was overpriced and tasted more like Chinese stir fry. The yakisoba, made with green noodles instead of soba, was overcooked, mushy, and bland. When we expressed our disappointment to the server, we received an apology but no offer to replace the dish or any kind of compensation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

We ordered Yakisoba and the noodle is not the right one. It was green, mushy without any favor. The unavailable fish dish was not removed from the menu. The service was so slow and inconsistent.
