This charming café in Armidale is a favorite among locals. While the gluten-free options on the menu aren't extensive, it's evident that they are very aware of coeliac needs. I enjoyed a superb toastie made with gluten-free bread, which was perfectly toasted to achieve a delightful crunch. They wrapped it in cozy paper, adding to the experience. I had my first experience at Seesaw Coffee Co. today. It was sooo good! Food was amazing, coffee was just as good. Even in the busy rush hour the service was great and the food came out quick. Go team
