Over The Top Pizza - Armidale

We had an amazing night at the restaurant ordering too much pizza (we could only finish half of a 16''), and enjoying a nice conversation with the staff.

This pizza shop offers great value for money. The toppings are generous and the prices are surprisingly low. Their garlic bread is especially delicious. On Friday nights, there may be a bit of a wait, but during other times, the service is quick.

So, they were the only restaurant open on Christmas Day and had no choice, but didn't it work out wonderfully. We got one of the meal deals - $27 for three pizzas, garlic pizza and 2 bottles of drink. Best $27 I've spent on food in a long time. The pizzas were absolutely packed with toppings and we ended up having almost two pizzas left over for lunch the next day. Great value and tasty pizzas. Thank you for a great Christmas dinner.

Firstly, I wish I could say I really liked my pizza from this place as the pizza base and ingredients were great and topping was fresh. But they really do go over the top with the toppings and I would have preferred about half what was on the pizza. However, that is my own personal preference (I'm a bit set in my ways i'm afraid). I think there are plenty of people who would be impressed with the generous toppings, great pizza base, fresh ingredients, great prices and lovely staff. So I've decided to rate this place as Very Good (even though was not quite what I prefer) as I think a lot of people will love their pizzas.

Firstly, service was great and the young lady was very friendly. However having too much topping unbalanced the taste. The pepperoni had way too much cheese, so it wasn't really a pepperoni, more like a cheese pizza. Bbq chicken was way too cheesy also and too much topping. I appreciate they are being generous with toppings, however it unbalances the taste. The old saying goes "Keep it simple." The best pizzas I have had, have good toppings but not overdone. The prices here were very good as well. I would pay more for a nicer pizza though.
