A big shoutout to Jacob for accommodating our order right before the restaurant closed its doors for the night. We preferred ordering in person as opposed to using the drive-thru option. Despite Google stating that the dining room closes at 9 o'clock, it actually closes at 8 o'clock. Jacob went above and beyond by providing excellent customer service and even offering us discounts. The restaurant was only given 3 stars. The quality of the food has declined since last year, but the customer service has improved. Today at 11:30, a woman sneezed while working the drive-thru, which was still professional and friendly despite being very busy. View all feedback.

We have lived in armidale for over 3 years and sad every time we get something from hungry jacks, it is terrible luke warm or cold, the taste is blah, and it is not fresh and juicy as we are used in all sydney and brisbane shops that we have eaten in past. I loved hungry jacks it was my way for fast eating, but after many “an additional chance” trys to continue to fail

Cold food, stuffed up my order, made me wait 15mins in the drive through. When I told them they stuffed my order up, they tried to tell me to go to waiting bay after I had already waited 15mins. This happens every single time. Absolute joke.

Waited 30 mins in drive-thru for a frozen Slurpee, how does this place still run as a business in Armidale.? No announcement in regards to waiting time or what the problem for their incompetence

20 minutes in the drive through. Ide understand if they were actually busy. I've done ten years in hospo and I promise you the imaginary tea your daughter just offered you is a preferable option to actually paying for this slop. Previously I was happy to pay for slop because it's quick slop. Why come here when for the same price and time you could get a pub feed and actually enjoy it.

Waited for 25 minutes drive through order this morning. Then realised the girl did not do the right order. Lost another 10 minutes. More than half an hour for a drive through order. Ridiculous service.
