I enjoyed a delicious breakfast of porridge with honey and fruit, as well as an omelet with tasty ingredients. The brown wheaten bread was particularly tasty with a bit of butter. The prices were reasonable and the restaurant can accommodate a large number of guests, with a beautifully decorated dining area upstairs. We stopped for lunch after walking from Scarva. Our first impressions were that the restaurant was clean, small, and homely. The staff were very friendly, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced.
The café in this charming village is a perfect spot for a friendly welcome, great hot coffee, and good food. It is a lovely little café with local historical significance.

A very sweet place! It's the best thing to ever come to Poyntzpass, it serves many purposes here. A meeting place for locals, a coffee stop for cyclists on the towpath, an after church function room and a place for the local art group to display their work. The biggest draw for Petty Sessions is that unlike other cafes previously in that premises they open on Sundays!!! FINALLY A small but tasty menu and the coffee isn't bad either. A fry up and sandwiches, paninis and soup of the day. Not a huge choice for vegetarian diners but not the worst!! Don't be in a rush on a busy day service can be slow as it's all cooked fresh to order
I love it here. the personal is amazing and the breakfast with speck and weizen was the best. 5 stars each time. I'll be back soon x
