We will definitely be back if we can get a good deal. The food at Bagel Bean was delicious and offered a unique breakfast option compared to the traditional fry-up.

Only downfall is the restaurants decoration. Plastic tablecoths and voile cutains do bring a cheap and cold feel to an otherwise excellent establishment.

The accommodations were perfect for exploring the historical ci... read more I recently stayed at DeAverell House for the second time and once again had a lovely experience. The accommodations were perfect for exploring the historical city of Armagh. After a long drive, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality from one of the owners who took care of our luggage. We decided to dine at the restaurant and started with some delicious homemade soup served with fresh bread. As recommended by the chef, we had the steak medallions for our main course which were served with real Irish potato mash and the most amazing homemade pepper sauce. The meat was cooked to perfection and incredibly tender, reminding me of a meal you would find at a Michelin-starred restaurant. We couldn't pass up dessert and were treated to a delightful homemade pavlova that was light and fluffy. The meal was fantastic and we would return to DeAverell House just for the food alone. After a great dinner, we slept soundly and continued our journey to the north coast the next day. Congratulations to DeAverell House for providing us with another wonderful experience.
