Calamari was awful. I’ve never had calamari that was more rubbery…and the elder of the two gentleman says, “Well, we’ve never had a complaint.” Dude, that is not how you respond to a customer. You say, “I’m sorry.” How arrogant is that reply? You get differing shipments of calamari every day (or once a week tasting what I tasted) so you might just have got a bad shipment of calamari…I’m thinking you don’t have honest... View all feedback.

Good food, average prices. Not amazing but nice enough for a date night.
I remember this place being much better ten years or so ago. The food was horrible and service was mediocre
We love going to Fracesca’s in Arlington Heights. We are always welcomed by name and given the best service. We have had the pleasure of talking with and being helped by Danny on a number of occasions. He always listens to our suggestions and helps with our questions. It is management like his that makes people want to return over and over. Thanks for the wonderful experience!
