Amazing food and service. The staff is friendly and helpful. I?m a South Indian and can definitely say this is one of the best southern style cuisine you can find. It is also the cleanest Indian restaurant I?ve been to that?s not a high end, high price place. Truly a hidden gem, try something outside your comfort zone and ask for recommendations. What Sophia Murazik doesn't like about Bollywood Spices:
We used to go to this restaurant for the authentic Parotta. Last time after it is changed as Bollywood spices when we went, they served us shop purchased frozen parottas. We even checked before buying and the guy over there told his 15 years of tradition stuff. We really hated our dinner and will never go there again!!! I visited this place 3 weeks back and post comment today. but the way you respond the news is not... View all feedback.
That was the best Indian restaurant I've ever been. The staff is really nice, the food is amazing. If you've never been to this place, you have to come and check how good the restaurant is now. You have changed everything from inside, I added some photes you can check. You also have buffet of Fri-Sun. You need to check this place with your family, you will never forget it. I got the WAREN. We used to visit this restaurant for its authentic Parotta, but our last experience was disappointing. Since the place was rebranded as Bollywood Spices, we were served frozen parottas purchased from a store. Before ordering, we even asked about the food, and the staff member mentioned a 15-year tradition. Unfortunately, we were really dissatisfied with our dinner and will not be returning. I dined here three weeks ago and I'm only posting this comment now because I’m unhappy with how you’ve responded to feedback. It seems like customer interactions are not being handled well. I’ve noticed similar responses to other reviews, which is concerning. For your information, I have proof of my visit in the form of a credit card transaction. I really hope I don't have to elaborate on that. Please focus on improving the quality of your food and be more loyal to your customers.
We had a wonderful dining experience! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean. I enjoyed dinner with my mother last night, and I highly recommend trying their Mutton and Chicken Biryani, Chicken 65, Haleem, and the fantastic butter naan served with spiced tea. The journey to this place was definitely worth it! The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and they are Halal certified!
As for the food, we ordered Chicken Kadhai and Jeera Rice, but the cumin seeds in the rice were overcooked and could have been better. The Tandoori chicken was served in very large pieces, which was a bit off-putting. We would have preferred smaller portions, but all we received was a knife to cut it ourselves. Overall, I would recommend the restaurant, but I wouldn't suggest ordering the Jeera Rice or Tandoori chicken unless you're okay with it being served in large pieces.
