Contribute FeedbackThe reviews for Palm Court restaurant are mixed. Some customers had a terrible experience, with long wait times, lack of compensation for delays, and disappointing service. Others, however, had a great time, praising the friendly staff, delicious food, and fantastic ambience. While some felt the quality of the food was lacking, others enjoyed dishes that reminded them of home. Pampano, on the other hand, received consistently positive feedback, with customers loving the creative Mexican seafood dishes, especially the shrimp quesadilla and homemade guacamole. Overall, while Palm Court may be hit or miss, Pampano seems to be a reliable choice for a satisfying dining experience.
The service at this restaurant was exceptional. Our waitress was fantastic, taking care of our large party with precision and attention to detail. The restaurant itself has a stylish design and played excellent music.
I had a fantastic time at this restaurant with exceptional food. I highly recommend it.
I had the worst dining experience ever at this restaurant. We waited 56 minutes for our dinner and it never arrived. In the end, we left because we didn't believe it would ever come. We repeatedly asked the hostess and waiter for an update, only to be told that the kitchen was behind. They never offered us any additional bread, salad, or drinks to make up for the long wait. If possible, I would rate this experience as less than one star. It's disappointing because I used to enjoy dining at Palm Court. After this terrible experience, I'm not sure if I would return.
We loved this restaurant until yesterday. I made a reservation for my wife's birthday and it did not go well from the time we arrived. The hostess was unfriendly and copped an attitude when we requested a different booth from the she lead us to when we arrived. We ordered drinks and a shrimp cocktail both were excellent. We both ordered the 1/2 chicken vesuvio with salads. The salads and salad dressing (ranch) were great. Both chicken dishes were under cooked to the point you could see red when separating the leg from the thigh. The breast was also under cooked and tasted funny. The vesuvio potatoes were very good. We sent back both dinners to be cooked again. When the food came back it tasted worse so we told our server there was no way we were going to eat this food. She asked if we wanted to order something else, but at this point we lost our appetite. We did eat most of the vesuvio potatoes as they were good and then ordered a brandy ice dessert with was also very good. They did not charge us for the chicken dinners nor should they, but it was disappointing that the manager didn't address the situation in person and offer some comments. Also in my reservation I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, but no one made any mention of it. To summarize the hostess doesn't know how to properly execute her job and the chef on duty doesn't know how to cook chicken. Our server was attentive and was as helpful as possible. She was our advocate when returning the food, a job that should have been completed by the manager. It will be a while before we return to give it another try.
Loved the ambience of the place. Live entertainment was a bonus. Food was excellent. SOCO was one of the best I’ve had. Wait staff prompt and engaging. Definitely going back.
