Fresh Kitchen - Arlington

I was unaware that Fresh Kitchen closed at 2:00 PM on the day of my reservation, so I had to go to O'Malley's instead. I was hosting a meetup at a health-conscious location, and I was pleased to see that they at least had salads on the menu.

The restaurant appeared to be unfamiliar with Open Table. The food was mediocre at most.

Looking at Open Table you get the sense that this is a nice dining spot. It is not. It is the dining room at a Holiday Inn. Service was terrible. Food only so-so.

We stumbled upon a great spot near National Airport for a casual gathering and ended up staying much longer than expected, thanks to the laid-back atmosphere and the absence of any pressure to rush. The service we received was excellent, with staff being incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when dealing with noisy and messy young children.

On 3 May 23, I ordered (WEB1) the 1xBelgiam waffle, I was perplexed when the staff in the back of the restaurant don't understand and/or speak English well. I had to ask for my order four times. I didn't know waffle was so hard to understand.Also, the batter for the waffle is bland, and the waffle was soggy. I do not like soggy waffles, and it was just awful!!! I did not like it. Will not but this ever again from here. IHop does it better!!
