I highly recommend this restaurant! I ordered the Adana kebab and it was delicious. The service was attentive and overall the food was fantastic.
Caspi is great! My friend called at noon to make a reservation for four people at 9pm.
I have tried many hookah places in the DMV area, and this is by far the best hookah I have ever had.
