It is odd that a restaurant not connected to Kansas City would advertise their sauce as Kansas City BBQ sauce. Please do not try to capitalize on KC to promote your sauce when you have no ties to our cuisine or culture. View all feedback.
I’ve lived in Falls Church for 15+ years and Sloppy Mama’s is by far my favorite bbq place around! Could eat their pulled chicken sandwich and homemade pickles any day!!!
Food is excellent. Surprisingly excellent smash burger. The only issue I had was I had a big order and I tried online, but the burger wasn't an option. Not sure why. Then they don't answer the phone. I tried multiple times so I had to go in to the store and wait 25 minutes for my order.
My wife and I ordered full rack of ribs, baked beans, brisket, Mac and cheese and two pieces of cornbread. Unbelievable take out dinner and enjoyed our meals. We will definitely be ordering catering soon!
Super friendly staff is always important and this place has it. But let's talk about the food... This place can slap me in the face and I would still eat there. Epic pull pork and brisket!! Flavor, texture and looks. Sloppy mama's really delivers!!
We were extremely disappointed because the email said the Wednesday special was a cheeseburger but when we went they said they no longer had any. I guess the pulled chicken special was okay but definitely not the cheeseburger we went for.
