Quaint, homey place for a nice meal! Food was delicious but don't ask for grits I have yet to find an IHOP with acceptable grits! It's a little small (which I didn't like) and old fashioned (which I absolutely loved) and nice friendly atmosphere. View all feedback.

Great food, great service. But they’ve cancelled the Ihoppy Hour menu recently without any notice. Paid more than double for the same meal because of this. So I probably won’t return to this location. View all feedback.
The staff at this restaurant was wonderful, incredibly nice and kind. The food was delicious, nicely prepared and served warm. We didn't have to wait too long for our meal. I would definitely recommend this place.
The service is mediocre. One server has acknowledged me as a regular by quickly getting the menu and seating me as soon as I arrive. However, I still feel like I am greeted and treated less warmly by all the wait staff and receive the least amount of attention compared to other customers. Despite this, I will continue to dine at the restaurant in Ballston Commons, Virginia because the staff is mostly respectful and the food is consistently hot and fresh.

Nice downtown spot good food parking right on site and open when all others were not.
IHOP is usually a good go to place if nothong else is open.
