Hilton Executive Lounge - Arlington

Best part of our stay was we didn't have to interact with the front desk! We visit this place about 5 times last year! The house keeping staff is very pleasant! The room was clean! We are a Hilton silver member, so having the opportunity to check in and a key entry with my phone was a plus! We were welcome by our name on the tv! We were able to pick our room ! I fo think room upgrades are a scam but that's business! We just love the location and so close to the metro! Parking was accessible through our phone but $22 a day! The Hilton Arlington National Landing is located 5 minutes from Reagan International Airport. We had an early flight and the shuttle was very convenient. The hotel was clean, but dated. They have a nice restaurant bar area, and we enjoyed being served by Tippy. The Malbec Riesling wines were good. If you're a pillow snob like me you will enjoy the firm pillows in the room. The digital key is a nice amenity to save time bypassing the front desk and the check-in process.

Had a horrible day at the airport, flight was delayed but American Airlines accommodated me with a beautiful stay at Hilton. The food and drinks were great, but the customer service was THE BEST I Received in Washington DC. CK was so nice and professional, just the kind of person I needed to deal with at this moment. PI was also amazing and took my order right away. They made my day, my night, no complaints at all! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat

Although the plaza and lobby is nice. It seems like they put all their money into that and not updating anything in their rooms. Everything is outdated and entirely too small. Don't get me started on the the staff. Other than the women in the restaurant. The front desk team was absolutely horrible. You could never get a hold of anyone. Nobody answered their phones. Nobody was around. I asked for more blankets because my daughter was cold and they gave us top sheets. Will not be back and do not recommend this place at all.

My first time here, and I loved it. They had Illy coffee, a nice clean gym, the rooms were a good size, and definitely clean! Our conference was held here, so it was convenient for us all as a group to go down to our conference floor. The conference served us food buffet style, snacks, drinks, all of which were tasty! I really enjoyed my stay here. It was walking distance to many things around us, including the metro. There were scooters outside avail to use also, which was fun. Definitely will stay here again if I ever come down here.
