Contribute FeedbackBun’d Up presents a mixed bag of culinary experiences. While some diners rave about the delicious, fresh-made bao and recommend the mushroom bun and miso ranch tater tots, others express disappointment over overly doughy buns and flavorless dishes, with one customer lamenting a recipe change that spoiled a favorite meal. Service tends to shine amidst the food variability, with staff praised for their friendliness and efficiency. However, inconsistencies such as erratic hours and inadequate seasoning in some offerings leave potential customers cautious. Overall, diners may find moments of joy, but consistency remains a challenge at Bun’d Up.
Has a small menu. I ordered the 3 bao buns for $13. Pork Belly, Shrimp, Bulgogi. Each of them were interesting. Bulgogi was the best. It was slightly spicy. I also ordered the tater tots with Miso Ranch which were outstanding. Service was efficient. I ate at the outside seating. They are closed on Mondays.
If you're indecisive, you can opt for three different buns for $13 at this restaurant. My top choice was the Bulgogi, with the Fried Shrimp coming in second and the Spicy Fried Chicken as my third pick. I'm thinking of trying the Bulgogi Bowl on my next visit. It's a great spot for a fast meal while out shopping.
I totally enjoyed the buns and chicken wings. The chicken wings are bigger than typical wings, so near the portions in mind. You can choose to sit outside and enjoy the view (which is what we did) or sit in and have some privacy. Free one-hr parking available at the lot.
The bulgogi was so good! I loved the buns and the rice bowl. The only thing is they didn’t provide utensils or napkins.
Potential customers beware! Don't trust the hours on Google or even the hours on the actual door! This place is never open. I've made several attempts to visit this location. The food looks good but unfortunately I'll never get to try it.
