The ramen here is amazing! The broth is was flavorful I wanted something spicy so I ordered the tan-tan ramen and it didn't disappoint. The egg was runny and had a lot of toppings, the meat had a nice texture to it and had flavor. However I would like if they added a bit more meat to the shoyu ramen. We also got the takoyaki which was SOO good it was coated with this rich sauce and soft when you bite into it. Service... View all feedback.
What Fernando Gonzalez doesn't like about Boru Ramen:
Order one of their SPICY bowls. It looked beautiful. Once I tried it the broth was sweet. Bamboo shoots were sweet, the egg was extremely salty also sweet. The egg is usually my favorite part and I love salty food but that was too much. Went with another person and their bowl was a lot better but I'd say still average. The waiter was wonderful. The place was extremely clean and was a nice experience except for the bo... View all feedback.
The spicy pork broth ramen was easily the best I've had anywhere including in Japan.Food: 5/5
I had dinner here last night and found the service to be prompt. I ordered vegetable ramen and added additional toppings of tofu edamame ball and egg. The noodles were cooked perfectly, soft but with a good chew, not over cooked. There were lots of yummy veggies like bokbchoy, generous portion, some were on top of the ramen pictured, and some were below it in the broth, there was also shredded green onion, corn and a lot of savory mushrooms. The broth was flavored with soy but wasn’t salty. I enjoyed the bite of seaweed! One of my favorite parts was the boiled egg, which was a little sweet and savory, but I liked the contrast of the sweetness against the earthy and robust broth. I want to try the street noodles next time! Great veggie options and seafood options include shrimp ??
The food is insane. So good. I've never had ramen that had such a deep intricate flavor like that before. Spicyness level was perfect too, I got the spicy chicken broth with the pork. The calamari was great too.Food: 5/5
Went with a party of 8 last April and it wasn't too busy that time of night. It was a little confusing because there were 2 different entrances. I got the Tonkotsu ramen with extra noodles. The broth was thick and flavourful.Parking: Parked on the street behind the restaurant because the actual lot was full. We went after the dinner rush so there were spaces available. Parking is free after 8pm.

The restaurant was clean and also cozy.
