This place was great! Came here because of reviews and was not disappointed. The Salvadoran enchilada was better than a regular enchilada in my opinion! Also, first time trying a pupusa and it was delish! Shared the meat platter with the boyfriend and it came out smoking and smelling fantastic. Everything was super well flavored. Really unhappy. I got a margarita and it was $20. I could not believe it. I wish I was warned and on top of that the gratuity is already added and I don?t appreciate that. WAY overpriced and not fun. View all feedback.
I love this place. The area and location is a bit congested but the food here is great! The pork cheese pupusas and the lorocco cheese are on point! The Tamarindo drink and Tamal de Pollo was delicious. It's been 5yrs since I last ate here but I won't wait that long again!
Went to check it out during happy hour. The prices and drinks were delicious! Tried their Birria tacos (I think they're new, they had a flier on their door but it wasn't on the menu). They were pretty decent. Good but not great. I'm definitely going back and seeing what else they have!
I had called ahead for fried whole tilapia with rice and vegetable salad. The food was kinda dry, so the waiter got me some mushroom sauce. The tilapia was absolutely mouth watering and they had thrown in two corn tortillas. The food was divine!
Pretty good for overall, but I didn’t get as much seafood in my enchilada as I expected at all.
Today I thought I would try some local Latin food and stopped by this restaurant. I noticed that the waitress charged me improperly so I flagged it for her. She called the manager and he explained that due to the pandemic prices have increased. Which I understood but the menu reflected a different price. His response was “well if you’re going to make a big deal then fine we will give you a discount, we are in a pandemic DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT IS, a pandemic?” He was so sarcastic and rude that it shocked me, then he just walks away after this. Finally, I asked for the owners information so I can let them know how the restaurant was being managed and he said “nope I’m not giving you that information” by this point the customer service was so horrible I wasn’t event hungry and asked to cancel the order. As I left he yelled after me “ Don’t ever come back here again!!” I’m really just appalled. I hope by writing this review anyone who is attempting to dine here can be on the look out for Israel the worst manager/human on plant earth with the absolute worst customer service in the history of customer serving. Anyway, ugh disgusted
