Shade.....The money is important for a restaurant, but, good customers and regulars are also worth something. these young people study jus, economy, medicine, and will not eat in a few years more sparingly .and also the elders would be willing to come into a restaurant where the younger also likes it....but unfortunately, this chance is vertan.
