Was Philippine Bourdon at Chez Bob a mag?
an institution in camargue. My great uncles went there more than 20 years ago, Jean-Guy took over the torch, keeping the same spirit: a simple, good and copied kitchen, what more...Only dessert (a poor thousand bakery leaves) disappointed us. I hope this error will be corrected. View all feedback.

correct wine from the Montpellier region, but exorbitant. Tristounette anchoid placed on the table before our arrival, with a jar of oil and anchovies purée that is unattractive to the obvious served and tightened to each customer. supermarket charcuterie level road restaurant (chorizo, sauscisson, paste). This was our second visit but first time on a Sunday...the day for food, music and fun. We had made a reservation from the USA and we brought our friends for their first unique experience in France . There were no disappointments and the venue exceeded all expectations. A must visit if you are anywhere near this location.
We went for Sunday lunch and were absolutely delighted! We couldn't have felt more welcome by Bob, the food was out of this world yummy, and bonus, we had the chance to listen to gypsy king music. This was one of our best restaurant memories visiting France. We will be back when we go back!
Chez Bob is incredible! Roll up to a funky looking place in the middle of nowhere and you are in the middle of a party.
Passed a wonderful afternoon. The food was exceptional. The ambiance was that of being with family. Like you walked into your family's old mas after being gone for a while.
The very best place in the world for Sunday lunch. It’s difficult to explain how wonderful this restaurant is. Don’t expect anything too fancy but expect an unforgettable meal and soak up the whole atmosphere in our most favourite place ever! We actually took Cyndi Lauper here and she sung with the Gypsy Kings!!
