When we called to address this, the employee responded a... read more The dips were missing from our order. My friend and I ordered a pizza, but it arrived without any dips. When we called to address this, the employee responded abusively, asking why we were making such a big deal out of it. There was no apology—just continued arguing. Another employee took over the call and sided with the first colleague. When I explained the situation to the second employee, he replied with "whatever!" and hung up. After that, they didn’t answer our calls. Dear Apache Pizza, please train your staff on how to speak respectfully with customers before teaching them anything else, like making pizza! This was the worst experience ever!
